Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States. Any fee for other destinations is shown at checkout before you pay.

Standard delivery within the United States usually takes 5–9 business days after dispatch. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can extend this.

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement.

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change it.

If your package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email support@maisonaurelle.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
